Returns and Exchanges
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights," the buyer can:
1. Exchange a good quality product.
2. Return goods of proper quality.
3. Return or exchange a product of inadequate quality.
Please note that the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172 defines the List of goods of appropriate quality that are not subject to exchange (return), namely food products, medicinal products and means, sanitary items, including perfumery and cosmetic products.
However, we meet our customers, and you can make a return within 14 days of receiving the product if the parcel's contents do not correspond to the description of the attachment (with a violation of the assortment, quantity, completeness, or packaging). If you have received a product that you are not satisfied with, send us an email to shop@free-on-friday.com with the subject "Returns": the order number, the reason for the return, a general photo of the product, a picture of the label, and the packaging of each unit of the order.
The procedure for returning goods of inadequate quality:
1. Inform about the intention to return the paid product;
2. Report the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank card number for the refund;
3. After receiving the goods within three working days, we will return your money or other goods
We pay for all services of carriers or commissions money transfers.
Exchange and return of goods are carried out through Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.
Refunds are made after receiving the goods.
Refunds are made to a card or by money transfer to a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch.
Refunds are made within three days from when the seller receives the parcel at a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch.
